What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and prototyping of electronics-based agri-devices or plasma-driven applications.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on feasibility and field validation.

• Turn lab concepts into scalable, market-ready products.

• Document and publish development milestones and IP filings.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Plasma Physics, or related field.

• Proven experience in product development, from concept to pilot phase.

• Experience in high-voltage systems, sensors, or plasma discharge technologies is a big plus.
